Burnham Library Arts Festival 2015
Announcing our second Arts Festival which will be held from October 7th to 17th. A packed programme of events, taster sessions and hands on art, is being planned, so put the dates in your diaries. A major feature of the Festival will be the Arts Competitions in Short story writing, Poetry, Painting and Photography with cash prizes for the winners and book tokens for the children. There will be categories for primary and secondary school entrants and adults. The rules are below and application forms will be published shortly so get your creative juices warming ready to take part and the Prizes will be presented by our Patron, Sir Terry Wogan.
In addition we have a variety evening, a Poetry event, an evening of One Act Plays and a performance involving Tea with Oscar Wilde from a professional theatre group, Don't Go Into the Cellar. Tickets will be on sale from early September.
